Dear future tenant,

I'm happy to announce that by begin of november 2025, there will be a room available for rent.
This room is fully furnished and for your own private use. 
The bathroom, kitchen and living are being shared with two other female tenant.
The location of the house you'll be staying at is ideally situated. You'll be staying at walking distance from the train station(950 meters). At walking distance from the local supermarket (300 meters). And at walking distance from down town grand market and shopping store area (1100 meters).
Ideally you may park your car in one of the many parking spots, without any parking fee outside the house. Also we have a shed in the garden of the house, in which you may safely store for example your bicycle.
