This is a house in a peaceful neighborhood, so responsible people preferred. Students don't be discouraged though :) We want fun people to hang out with
Currently we are two Portuguese guys living here: Miguel (me) and João. I am creating a startup, João works in Amsterdam South. I studied in the UK and have a PhD in Physics, moved here to work as a consultant in Amsterdam Zuid, currently creating an AI based software startup. João has a Masters in Computer Science and is currently working as a project manager in Amsterdam Zuid.
Rent is not inclusive of bills (it should be around ~120 for utilities + 64 internet per month for the entire house)
No deposit
The house is a clean family house, not sure about the area, but should be between 150-200 m2 plus garage plus (big!) garden. Large kitchen and living room, recently renovated.
Your room faces the sun the entire day, so you wake up with the sunrise and can almost see it set.
