About the place

We currently have several rooms for rent as of May 1, 2024. These are non-self-contained rooms. If you rent a non-self-contained room, you share the bathroom and kitchen with a number of other tenants. You do have your own sink in the room. The center of Bennekom is within walking distance and the WUR is within cycling distance of the building. There is also a bus stop nearby.
PLEASE NOTE: cooking in the rooms is not allowed. There are several large kitchens in the building where all tenants must cook.

The room is delivered with curtains, a bed, desk, office chair and a small cupboard.

The rent for a non-self-contained room is €520.50 per month. This includes an advance payment for gas, water and electricity (service costs). The service costs are settled at the end of the year.
