About the place

Are you studying or on exchange in Maastricht? Are you looking for a chill, quiet student room? Then you're in the right place!

This 18 m² room is located in Bemelen, a small village 15-20 minutes away from the FHML, FPN, and FSE faculties of UM. You are situated in the middle of nature, and the house is attached to a grocery store. There is also a bus connection to Maastricht Station around the corner. I am subrenting this room from the 17th of July to the end of the first semester (31st of January).

This room is a good fit for you if:
- You are studying at a faculty close to the hospital (think Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, Engineering, etc.)
- You want a relaxed start to the academic year
- You like hiking in nature
- You like a spacious room
- You do not want to move a lot of furniture

I will leave my bed, desk, tables, chairs, closets, and other furniture in the room. I will take loose items (e.g. electronics, posters, etc.) with me so you can have a clean start. In one of the pictures, the frames of the windows are not finished. This has to do with the recent installation of new insulated windows, and will be fixed before the start of the academic year.

To finish off, here is a quick summary of all the available facilities:
- Kitchen: Electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, water cooker, microwave, dishwasher.
- Bathroom: Shower, heated towel rack, washer, dryer.
- Outside area with a place for bikes and an outside bench.
