About the place

Room of 14m2 including uncovered parking, gas, water, light and internet.

The room is located on the second floor of a large detached house in Beemte Broekland (small village near Apeldoorn). If you like spacious living in the middle of nature, look no further.

Besides your own room, you will share a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), separate toilet, kitchen, bicycle shed and a large garden with two others (including myself). The current residents are 24 and 29 years old and both male. We each have our own thing, but we do eat together regularly and we sometimes watch a series together.

The house is ideally located for working/studying in the Apeldoorn/Deventer region, but you are also on the highway (A50) within minutes. 

All rooms are furnished except your own. However, your room is just newly painted and equipped with new blinds. Your windows are also equipped with blinds. 

Your room has a large built-in closet (shelves) along the entire length of the room and each has its own built-in closet in the hallway. 

The room can easily accommodate a large bed and still have enough space left over for, for example, a desk and/or media corner. There is no need for a closet as these are already built in. 

Beemte Broekland is a recreational and agricultural area popular with nature lovers and peace seekers. However, the property is not easily accessible by public transport and the nearest stores are not within walking distance.

The room is already available so the move-in date is flexible.
