Heyy! Our roommate just moved out so we are looking for a new tenant! The rent is 586,15€ per month, including utilities. In the room there is a mattress, wardrobe, chair and a coffee table left for you for free from the previous tenant in case you are interested! It’s located in a shared house with three other University of Groningen students in Bedum, a town which is 9 minutes away by train from the Groningen Noord train station. The neighborhood is very quiet and about 3 minutes away from the train station and shops ( Aldi and Jumbo) by bike. If you’re interested, let me know! You can move right away:)
