About the place

I’m renting out a charming 15 m² room in the village of Bad Nieuweschans. The property is a 10-minute walk from the train station, which offers a direct connection to Groningen every 30 minutes. By car, Groningen can be reached within 30 minutes. A parking space is also available at the property, if needed.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning that provides both heating and cooling, and the bathroom has underfloor heating for extra comfort. You’ll be living with me, and we’ll share the kitchen and bathroom. Internet is included, and the electricity bill is calculated monthly based on usage.

The landlord is very friendly and usually resolves any issues within 24 hours.
