About the place

Room for rent in the center of Baarn on the Brinkstraat. The room is on the 1st floor.

The house is shared with 5 other tenants, but you share the bathroom + toilet with 3 other tenants.

The room has a kitchenette with a 2  ceramic hob + extractor, and a sink with hot and cold water. Enough sockets, and the room also has its own intercom!

There is a shared garden , and an shared washingmachine which includes the rent. And a small shed.

We are looking for caring tenants who can keep the house clean together.

The Brinkstraat is an ideal place to live in Baarn. But there is a short for parking spaces in front of the door. That's why we prefer * no pre, looking for tenants without a car!
