About the place

- Greater Groningen area. ( City of Assen) ( 25 min to Groningen center by car or train)
- Near Park, shops, museum, restaurants, bars, railway station.
- Room next to bathroom, at the back of the house facing south. 
The house has a shared bathroom with washing machine.

The other person is a friendly relaxed guy that studies and works in healthcare.
Location: Assen inner city/ center (greater groningen Area) Travel
time to Groningen city is: 5-10 min walking to the intercity train
station of Assen, from there there are 4x per hour trains to Groningen
main station ( 16 min) and 5-15 min by bike to go to the University.
Its also possible to rent a private parking next to the house (50 euro) The room is located in a street with shops / restaurants, a park is behind the building and the fresh market is 1 min walking, this is 2x per week. Across the street there is a supermarket and a few more supermarkets are a few min by bike. Action and an Italian ice-cream shop is also a few min. In and around Assen there are nice forests and lakes, national parks, by train its 20 min closer to Amsterdam/Utrecht & Assen also has a nice subtropical pool with sauna's and slides called "De Bonte wever" that is very affordable. This is 10 min biking from the house.
Conditions: The price is 650 euro / month. The price is all-in, fair use. So including utilities / water /
gas / electric/ internet, it is possible to subscribe to the address.
We are looking for a student ( that is subscribed to a uni or
other school ) , but if you are a student that
does an internship that is also oke, or just started to work.
It is possible to come in person or do a video call where i will also show the street ( that you
can compare with google street view ) a contract can be signed during
a video call with ID that will match the dutch bank account.
The house has good locks and on the outside there is also a security camera & a closed place to put a bike
if you want. It is possible to take a look in
person or do a video call ( where the studio / street will be shown),
payments are to a dutch bank account. If interested please tell a bit more about yourself, what you

Rent would start as soon as you accepted the room.
