- Near Park, shops, museum, restaurants, bars, railway station.
- Room is on its own floor and not next to other rooms.
- Starting date rent is 1st of Augustus( arriving later is possible of course)
- The room is Furnished, bed and fridge come for free with the room(can be replaced if you want), (desk, desk chair, desk, mattress, closet you can buy if you want)
The room is 12 m2 ( +20 m2 terrace) , the rent price is 520 euro+ 50 for the private parking. ( so total 570 euro)  ( including gas/water/electric/internet.)
Location: Assen inner city/ center (greater groningen Area) Travel
time to Groningen city is: 5 min walking to the intercity train
station of Assen, from there there are 4x per hour trains to Groningen
main station ( 20 min) and 5-15 min by bike to go to the University.
Its also possible to rent a private parking, or park for free
somewhere else. The room is located in a street with shops /
restaurants, a park is behind the building and the fresh market is 1
min walking, this is 2x per week. In the street there is a
supermarket and a few more supermarkets are a few min by bike. Action
and an Italian icecream shop is also a few min. In and around Assen
there are nice forests and lakes, national parks, by train its 20 min closer to
Amsterdam/Utrecht & Assen also has a nice subtropical pool with
sauna's and slides called "De Bonte wever" that is very affordable. This is 10 min biking from the house.
Conditions:  2 month deposit/ 1 year
min contract. The price is all-in. So including utilities / water /
gas / electric/ internet, it is possible to subscribe to the address.
The room is empty  the 1st of Augustus , then the rent will start. But you can of course arrive later. The room has its own roof terrace (20 m2) that looks over the city. The roof terrace is only 2 year old. In the house there are 3 other students living, girls, that study in Groningen. It is possible to come in
person or do a video call where i will also show the street ( that you
can compare with google street view ) a contract can be signed during
a video call with ID that will match the dutch bank account.The house has a shared kitchen, with
kitchen table & nice balcony facing south. The bathroom is renewed and
has a rain shower and new toilet. The house has good locks and on the
outside there is also a security camera & a closed place to put a bike
if you want. A cleaning scheduled is made for the house to keep
things clean. It is possible to take a look in
person or do a video call ( where the studio / street will be shown),
