2 Rooms for rent – in house with 1 other room (3 total), shared open kitchen with fridge, washing machine and oven, toilet+shower.  The rooms are around 12 m2 and are newly build this summer. They have new floors + plasterd/painted walls and one has new windows. The house has central heating and internet. 

Location: 5-10 min walking to the train station of Assen ( from there the train to Groningen is 16 min, or direct trains to Zwolle/Utrecht/Amsterdam) Behind the house there is a park and 2x a week there is the fresh market ( 1 min walk) in the street there are shops and restaurants. 

In and close to the city of Assen there are nice forests, nature and national parks, just a few min walk is a square with a museum and an ice saloon and lots of restaurants, also not so far is a spa/sauna/ tropical swimming pool "de bonte wever" that is ver affordable and only 5 min biking. 

It is possible to register and the price is 558 euro ( per room), this is including utilities, (water, electric, gas, heating and internet, and shared use of the open kitchen (washing machine, fridge/freezer, table and chairs ) 

The house is clean, quite and well organised ( we have a cleaning scedual) and we are looking for someone who would be fitting with a young female student, in the house there is one female student, and we prefer 2 female students or a couple to rent the 2 rooms. 

1 room is fully furnished, the other room is empty but has a desk you can buy. ,

Rent will start from the 1st of February
