About the place

Room for rent 12 m2 ( +20 m2 terrace)  520 euro including gas/water/electric/internet.
Location: Assen inner city/ center (greater groningen Area) Travell
time to Groningen city is: 5 min walking to the intercity train
station of Assen, from there there are 4x per hour trains to Groningen
main station ( 20 min) and 5-15 min by bike to go to the University.
Its also possible to rent a parking, or park for free
somewhere else. The room is located in a street with shops /
restaurants, a park is behind the building and the fresh market is 1
min walking, this is 2x per week. Across the street there is a
supermarket and a few more supermarkets are a few min by bike. Action
and an Italian ice cream shop is also a few min. In and around Assen
there are nice forests and lakes, by train its 20 min closer to
Amsterdam/Utrecht & Assen also has a nice subtropical pool with
sauna's and slides called "De Bonte wever" that is very affordable.
Conditions: The price is 520 euro / month. / 1 year
min contract. The price is all-in. So including utilities / water /
gas / electric/ internet, it is possible to subscribe to the adress.
We are looking for only a student ( that is subscribed to a uni or
other school ), but if you are a student that
does an internship that is also oke, as long as you can prove that you
are subscribed to a uni / school. The room is empty  the 1st of June. The room can has its own roof terrace (20 m2) that looks over the city. The roof terrace is only 1 year old. It is possible to come in
person or do a video call where i will also show the street ( that you
can compare with google street view ) a contract can be signed during
a video call with ID that will match the dutch bank account. Renting a
parking: It is still possible to rent a private parking behind the
building, it also has camera security, it is a large parking.
The house: The room is inside a student house and had 4 people living
most  female students ( around 20 ) they all study in Groningen. The house has a shared kitchen, with
kitchen table & nice balcony facing south. The bathroom is renewed and
has a rain shower and new toilet. The house has good locks and on the
outside there is also a security camera & a closed place to put a bike
if you want. A cleaning scheduled is made for the house to keep
things clean. It is possible to take a look in person or do a video call ( where the room / street will be shown),
payments are to a dutch bank account. If interested please tell a bit more about yourself, what you
are going to do. We are only looking for someone responsible who
