Available for rent from October 1, 2025: Furnished student room (approx. 11 m², with a desk, desk chair, bed, and wardrobe) in a student flat shared with 3 other (working) students. 

The flat has shared toilets, a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. A washing machine is available. Fiber internet 400 Mbps up/down, gas, water, and electricity are included. The building has an elevator.

The room is intended for a (working) student, non-smoker, maximum age 30. Registration is possible. A 2-year contract with possible extension. No minimum rental period. Notice period is one month. Deposit is two months’ rent. Pets are not allowed.

In the immediate area you will find several shopping centers, such as Presikhaaf Shopping Center, where you can go for daily groceries and other necessities. In addition, there are schools nearby (Van Hall Larenstein / HAN within 10–15 minutes walking distance), sports facilities, and parks.

The neighborhood is well connected, with both public transport and main roads nearby.
