Starting July 4th, 2025: Furnished student room (approx. 19m²) for rent, featuring a spacious balcony (includes bed, desk, desk chair, and wardrobe) in a student apartment shared with 3 other (working) students. The apartment includes shared toilets, a kitchen with a fridge, oven, and microwave. A washing machine is available. Fiber optic internet (400 Mbps up/down), gas, water, and electricity are included. The building has an elevator.

The room is intended for a (working) student, non-smoker, maximum age 30. Registration at the address is possible. A two-year contract with the option to extend. No minimum rental period. One-month notice period. Security deposit is two months’ rent. Pets are not allowed.

There are several shopping centers nearby, such as Presikhaaf Shopping Center, where you can find daily groceries and other necessities. In addition, there are schools (Van Hall Larenstein / HAN within 10–15 minutes walking distance), sports facilities, and parks in the area.

The neighborhood is easily accessible by public transport and major roads.
