I'm Joanna from Peru but I've been living for about 22 years in the Netherlands! I love listening to music, reading, walking, travelling and meeting new people! 

Since a while ago I’ve been renting a room at my apartment in the centre of Arnhem! This room is now free and I am looking for my new housemate! ☺️

If you are not allergic to cats (because I have 3 little monsters at home)😅 then you can send me a message, telling me a bit a bout you and the reason why you would like to rent this room!?

The room is already furnished btw however if you still want to bring your own things, that could be possible too, but only if you can help me out placing the bed and wardrobe to the living room! 😊

I work with contracts of 3 months at a time. If everything is in order, this will be automatically renewed!

- washing machine, fridge/freezer combination
- kitchen utensils

Location:

-Located in quiet street near shopping centre.
- Good bus and train connections 10 min walking distance

To make an appointment/consert I need these documents from you:

-A copy of ID is required for security.
-A stable income and proof of this.

This room Rent € 550,- including all additional costs energy, gas, water, internet, Water Board Tax, Waste Tax, cleaning, equipment.

Deposit €300,-
