I'm Joanna from Peru but living for almost 22 years in the Netherlands! I love listening to music, reading, walking, travelling and meeting new people! 

For a while now I have been renting a room in my apartment located in the centre of Arnhem! This room is now free and I am looking for my new housemate!!☺️

If you are not allergic to cats (because I’ve got 3 little monsters at home)😅 then send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and the reason why would you like lot rent this room!

The room is already furnished but if you still want to bring your own things, that could be possible too, but only if you could help me out moving the bed & closet to the livingroom!

I work with contracts of 3 months at a time. If everything is in order, it will be automatically renewed.

- kitchen utensils

Location:

-Located in quiet street near shopping centre.
- Good bus and train connections 10 min walking distance

To make an appointment/consert I need these documents from you:

--A copy of ID is required for security.
-A stable income and proof of this.

This room rent € 550,- including all additional costs energy, gas, water, internet, Water Board Tax, Waste Tax, cleaning, equipment.

Deposit €300,-
