About the place

Hello! Xing and I (Massimiliano) are open for a new entry in the house. Your room will be fully furnished, so you don't need to bring anything.

The house has 3 floors: groundfloor is a very spacious living room with open kitchen, which we will share, and the (shared) toilet. First floor includes your room, the (shared) bathroom and Xing's room. 
The top floor consists of my bedroom and the laundryroom.
There is a garden on the back with a shed where you can put your bike.

Who are we looking for?
A friendly, sociable person who enjoys sharing the house with me. I am no clean freak, but of course I expect you to help to keep the house tidy and in order. 

Availability of the room?
You can stay up to 3/6 months and can leave any moment you want. I can't offer a longer period due to mortgage rules.
