You share the house with only girls there are 4 moderne bathrooms and 5 toilets , average 3 people for a bathroom kitchen, washing machine and dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner. You have your own kitchen cupboard. There is a garden behind the house that you can use as well. We will be glad to show you around.The lease price includes ALL housing expenses with gas, central heating , tv, Internet ,water, electricity,taxes. There are no changes in the price until July 2026 .It stays the same during one year, so no surprises with extra expenses some landlords come up with after you move in.
