This upmarket furnished room in a top location, 5 minutes walking from the train station, city center, ArtEZ, supermarkets  and next to a green park is also available for international students. We look for quiet people, who like to live in a nice  quiet  and clean place in a nice neighbourhood. The room is  26m2 in a wel kept house with 2 windows facing south and your own little outside garden.  You don't need to spend any money to move in because the room is as new. You share the house with only girls there are 4 moderne bathrooms and 5 toilets , average 3 people for a bathroom kitchen, washing machine and dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner. You have your own kitchen cupboard. There is a garden behind the house that you can use as well. We will be glad to show you around.The lease price includes ALL housing expenses with gas, central heating , tv, Internet ,water, electricity,taxes. There are no changes in the price until July 2026 .It stays the same during one year, so no surprises with extra expenses some landlords come up with after you move in.
No smoking and no pets in the house.
