Hello ladies! 
I’m moving out of my room on Van Lawick van Pabststraat in Arnhem on December 3rd, and I’m looking for a new tenant to move in on December 4th. The contract is for one year, with the option to extend as long as you’re a student.

This lovely house is situated in a friendly and nice neighborhood, just a short 5-minute walk to Sonsbeek Park and the train station. You can easily walk to the city center or take the bus, which stops right in front of the house. There are three supermarkets—Jumbo, Lidl, and Albert Heijn—all within a 5-6 minute walk, along with various shops and charming cafes nearby.

The room offers a peaceful view of nature and is quiet, away from traffic noise. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, a large brown cupboard, a table and two chairs, curtains, a clothes rack, and hangers for pictures. The rent is €618 per month.

You’ll share the hall, toilet, and shower with another girl from Germany, and the kitchen is shared with other international students in the house.
