The room is already equipped with a bed, desk and a sitting area, as well as a dining table with chairs, bed and mattress, lamps etc. The room is located in a stately building in the middle of the most popular part of Arnhem, the Burgemeesterskwartier. The city center, station and park are within walking distance of only a few hundred meters. The shower, toilet and kitchen are clean and tidy and are shared with three other residents. The rent includes service costs. There is also a washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. Ideal for international students and when you urgently need a fully furnished luxury place to live in an ideal location due to circumstances, but also when you want to spend your studies or internship a little more luxurious or if you want to save some money as a starting employee.
