About the place

Starting from November, a room will become available at Pels Rijckenstraat in Arnhem, located in the lovely Burgemeesterswijk.
All facilities are nearby — the train station is a 2-minute walk, the city centre is a 7-minute walk, and the beautiful Sonsbeek Park is less than 2 minutes away.

This is a temporary rental until January 1st, 2026, as the house will soon be put up for sale.
We are a quiet household, where everyone does their own thing, but we’re also open for a nice chat now and then. There are no obligations in the house, except for the cleaning schedule.

The room is located on the second floor and is 20 m². It has two windows and its own sink.
The rent is €351.13 per month (including utilities). The bed (without mattress) will stay in the room and can be taken over for a small price.

You’ll share the kitchen with a big dining table and the bathroom with three other girls.
