About the place

To all room seekers, 
Im moving to another city so we are currently looking for someone to move in and fill the gap.

The apartment is located in Anhem’s city centre, with everything within 5 minutes walking, including Arnhem Centraal train station. The house has 3 floors and a balcony, looking over Arnhem’s rooftops. You will be sharing everything with 3 other roommates who are studying at HAN University.

We are all sociable and love chilling together in the living room, often watching movies together. However we also do enjoy going out and enjoying what Arnhem can offer. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s privacy.

Some information about the room:
· Available from July
· Furnished with a bed, table, wardrobe, etc (basically what you see in the picture).
As I still don’t know what am I going to need for my next place I can’t tell yet what is going to stay and what is not, but in case something is staying it is mandatory to buy the furniture in order to get the room !! (Max 700€ which is what I paid for part of it)
· On the 3rd floor of the apartment
· Beautiful view out the window

About the apartment:
· 2 toilets, and 1 shower
· Open floor plan with kitchen and living room
· Balcony
· Basic rent - €430
· Electricity & gas - €100 (may fluctuate)
· Water – about €19 every quarter

The room is available from July (exact date to be discussed)
