Beautiful, bright student room (19m²) with access to a private balcony. The room is furnished (bed, desk, office chair, and wardrobe). The apartment is shared with three other (international) students.

The apartment includes a renovated bathroom, two shared toilets (one in the bathroom, one separate), and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The building has an elevator.

The apartment is conveniently located. HAN University is a 15-minute walk away. Various shopping facilities are nearby (Presikhaaf shopping center, including Albert Heijn and Lidl).

Rent price is all-inclusive (utilities, fiber optic internet 400 Mbps up/down, and furniture). Max. 1 person, aged 18-30, student/working student. A 2-year rental contract with a possible extension. Registration is possible. Deposit: 2 months' rent. Notice period: 1 month. No minimum rental period. No pets allowed.
