The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer and plenty of space. Large dining table suitable for 4 persons. Right in between shops, Mediamarkt, restaurants and cafes. Registration with city council is possible. No smoking. No, not even outside. Minimum age 21 yrs.
