About the place

Ideal location: District Presikhaaf, a spacious bright room on the 2nd floor at the front. Surface approx 13 m² right opposite the renovated Presikhaaf shopping center with 2 private parking spaces in front of the door and a bus stop on the other side of the street.

You share the house with 4 roommates (m / f), the use of the kitchen, washing machine and microwave / oven, refrigerator, etc. with 3 people.

Down in the backyard is a lockable storage room where you can store your bicycle (back). Pets and smoking (indoors) are not allowed. We are looking for a m / f between the ages of 17 and 27 years. This is an ideal location for students of the HAN, HBO-Autotechniek and HALL-LARENSTEIN university of applied sciences, in Velp, courses at the NOCI and PABO or RIJN and IJSSEL, all within walking or cycling distance.

The room has a laminate floor and there is a private sink and toilet.
