Room description

This tidy room is located right in the heart of the city center, with shops, cafés, and public transport just around the corner. The room is bright, easy to furnish, and offers a pleasant space to unwind after work or study.

You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with only one housemate. The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, and microwave, everything you need for comfortable living.

We are looking for a quiet and responsible tenant (student or working professional), who does not smoke and has no pets.
