About the place

Large furnished attic (22m2) containing a bedroom with a large window and an annex with your own washbasin: €  698 for one person and € 798 for two (all-inclusive). The bedroom is spacious for one but can also be occupied by two people.

Toilets, bathroom and kitchen are tidy and clean. The room has a new TV and wireless internet. There is a garden with a BBQ and space for bikes. You can rent bikes from us for €10/month. The area is safe and quiet. It is close to HAN/ABS and Van Hall Larenstein (in Velp). You share the house with three people. You cannot smoke in the house (but you may smoke in the garden). Small pets are welcome. Registration at the town hall can be arranged.

We speak English, Chinese, Dutch, some German :)
