About the place

We have a room available in this quiet house on the Kastanjelaan. The room has a sink and is on the fourth floor of a monumental building, (It can be a bit warm during summer months).
The kitchen, toilet and shower are shared with two other flatmates (boys, in this case). The rest of the house is consisting of 6 studio (self-contained) flats , and 3 rooms.
For this room we are looking for a calm tenant. The rest of the tenants, are mostly working.
