About the Room and Apartment
Location: Conveniently situated with a bus stop right in front of the door, supermarkets within walking distance, and just a 10-minute walk to the city center.
Room Details: The room is unfurnished, 11 square meters in size, and perfect for both long-term and short-term stays.
Shared Spaces: You’ll share a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, two balconies, and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) with us.
About Us
We’re a group of three guys in our early twenties who have been living together for the past three years. Two of us are students, and the third is working. We maintain a laid-back and friendly atmosphere—guests are always welcome, and while we don’t have strict quiet hours, we respect each other's schedules.

We don’t have strict requirements for a new roommate; we’d love to meet you in person and see how things click!
