About the place

The room is in a building which is a 5 minute walk from the HAN university. The apartment has a pleasant  atmosphere as its tenants are respectful and tidy. The room is fully furnished. As for the house rules, pets, smoking inside, drugs as well as loud music are not allowed. The utilities include: water, heating, electricity and gas- €50 per month, furniture use 20€ per month,  internet use 15€ per month, garbage and water tax €15 per month.
