The apartment has an energy label B, so energy costs are limited. I am a neat and correct owner. The apartment will be rented out from 1/7. Three rooms are occupied by boys aged between 18 and 20. The 4th room is still available. Preference for a male tenant, but girls are also welcome, as long as you feel comfortable with 3 neat and quiet boys in my opinion. I could not show this earlier.
