About the place

Hi there,

My name is Nina, and I rent out student rooms in a spacious apartment located on the second floor, right across from the HAN University of Applied Sciences. The apartment is ideally situated near public transport and various shops.

Currently, we are offering two neat rooms as one rental unit for a single student::

Room 1: approx. 12 m²
Room 2: approx. 8 m²

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly and quiet HAN students.
We’re looking for a tidy, responsible student (preferably studying at the HAN or in Automotive Engineering) who is respectful of neighbors and fellow residents and helps keep the apartment clean, following a cleaning schedule.
