For this cozy room we are looking for a female student from April 1st (possibly April 15th or May 1st) 
You share this spacious, clean and fresh apartment with 3 other nice students, all ladies! 
The room is 10 m2, has an unobstructed view and is located on the 7th floor at a large shopping center. 
Furnished: with light oak laminate flooring, curtain rail and lighting. 
The apartment has been completely renovated, gas-free, with a high level of finishing, including a new kitchen, bathroom, electricity, plumbing and fully equipped with double glazing. 

A short distance from schools including HAN and Van Hall Larenstein and right next to public transport and many shops and amenities. Arnhem city center 10-15 minutes by bike. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences: induction hob, large refrigerator, combi oven and sufficient storage space. The spacious bathroom has a large shower and washing machine connection. 

Rent includes advance energy costs (settlement based on actual consumption) and service costs. Can be viewed without obligation at almost any time.
