A 20 m² room will soon be available in a calm and green area in Arnhem-Zuid. The house is just a few minutes' walk from Arnhem Zuid train station and a large supermarket. You can reach the vibrant city center of Arnhem in just 18 minutes by bike. Free parking is available right in front of the house.

The room is spacious and comes with a private kitchen, ideal if you prefer having your own space within a shared home. In addition, there's a large shared living/dining kitchen, equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, fridge-freezer, and a combination microwave – perfect for cozy dinners with housemates.

The bathroom is modern and comfortable, and is shared with three friendly housemates. There's also a shared storage space available for extra belongings.
