I am looking for a tenant with whom we can maintain a clean and quiet home with respect for personal space, without cigarette smoke and drugs. The tenants in the house love silence, it is especially important after 10:00 PM. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, with one person living in each bedroom. We share a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two separate toilets. The house is a 3-minute walk from the Anklaar shopping center. It is equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, cooking and eating utensils, gas boiler, internet. There is a garden with enough space for bicycles. Parking in the area is free.
The advertised monthly rent of 690 euros includes all costs (electricity, gas, water, internet, municipal taxes).
Deposit: 900 euros.
Minimum rental period - 6 months. Maximum - until 31.08.2026.
