About the place

This is a (student) campus with approximately 125 rooms located at Laan van Westenenk 4 in Apeldoorn. All rooms are furnished, so they have at least a made-up single bed, cupboard, refrigerator, table and office chair. Of course there are also roller blinds, lighting and a beautiful laminate floor.

All facilities such as the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared with the inmates. There are toilets and showers on every floor for both men and women. You must provide your own plates, pans, towels and the like.

A caretaker is present during office hours for any necessary minor maintenance in the room.

On the ground floor there is a communal, completely renovated living room with the central kitchen. You will also find the special laundry room with professional washing machines and dryers on the ground floor.

Rental period is flexible, inquire about the possibilities! There are also larger rooms in the building with a higher rent.

You will live in a beautiful green area within cycling distance of the center of Apeldoorn. Shops (Ugchelen and Ordenplein), bus station and the highway (A1) are all nearby.
