About the place

This concerns a (student) campus with approximately 125 rooms located on Laan van Westenenk in Apeldoorn. All rooms are furnished, equipped with at least a made-up single bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, table, and office chair. Of course, there are also roller blinds, lighting is provided, and there's a beautiful laminate floor.

All amenities such as the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are shared with fellow residents. Toilets and showers are available on each floor for both men and women. You need to provide your own plates, pans, towels, etc.

A caretaker is available during office hours for any minor maintenance required in the room.

On the ground floor, there is a communal living room (which will be renovated in the coming period) with the central kitchen. Also, on the ground floor is the special laundry room with professional washing machines and dryers. There is also a gym on the premises that you can use. The cost of this is already included in the rent!

The rental period is flexible; inquire about the possibilities! There are also larger rooms available in the building at a higher rent price.

You will live in a beautiful green environment within cycling distance of the center of Apeldoorn. Shops (Ugchelen and Ordenplein), bus station, and the highway (A1) are all nearby.
