About the place

I'm looking for a nice girl with a sense of humor.My previous roommate didn't have one, and that was no fun!
Someone who works full-time, doesn't work from home, preferably during the day.
I've found that it works better if we have a similar rhythm, so that's why.
Someone who also enjoys the weekend and sleeps in a bit, not someone who jumps out of bed at 7:00 'o'clock in the morning, haha.
And preferably someone with some kind of social life.

The room is 10m². The house is approximately 75m². It has a beautiful wall-hung toilet, a large bathroom, a cozy living room with an open kitchen, and a large balcony of approximately 8m² (large for Amsterdam).
Very fast internet. Also very important haha.
I'm located in the middle of a very green area and between a beautiful park and a huge shopping mall. 
So, the best of both worlds ;-)
Bus stop right outside and metro station (North-South line) about a 15-minute walk away (5 minutes by bus).
P.S. Registration isn't possible at the moment, but it will probably be in a few months. That's also why the rent is lower, compared to many others...
So, if registering from day one is essential for you, then there's no point in applying, unfortunately.
