Hello, Looking for a nice person to rent a room with in a 86m2 flat, overlooking the river. The apartment is located in Cruquius Island in a great area of Amsterdam Oost and it comes with furnished shared areas - the room is unfurnished but can purchase the furniture from current tenant. You'd be sharing with another male working professional that enjoys spending quiet evenings whilst enjoying social time and having friends over. The new tenant will have a second room to use for storage and wardrobe beyond the shown room, incl. access to separate storage unit in the building and bike storage.
