Looking for a new roommate (M/F) – international or Dutch – available from June 1st, 2025

Hi! My name is Lukas, I’m 28 years old and currently looking for a new roommate (M/F), either international or Dutch. The room is available starting June 1st, 2025, for a minimum of 6 months, but preferably for a year.
I'm looking for someone between the ages of 23 and 33.

A bit about me:
I’m a student at Hotelschool The Hague in Amsterdam and currently writing my thesis. I expect to graduate in September 2025. That’s why I’m looking for someone who is in a similar stage of life – either finishing their studies and working part-time, or already working full-time, but still up for the occasional social evening or going out.
I enjoy having drinks now and then, hosting small gatherings, or going out when possible. At the same time, I value a relaxed and tidy home, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys a social atmosphere but is also independent.

About the room and apartment:

    The room is around 11 m² and has access to the front balcony (facing south – perfect for sunny days)

    Shared living space is about 60 m²

    There are two living rooms: one for relaxing and one for studying or working from home

    The main living room has a homemade bar where I like to make cocktails during get-togethers

    There’s also a winter garden at the back of the house

    The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a 6-burner gas stove

    There’s a washing machine (no dryer)

    The house is equipped with 8 solar panels, which usually results in a low or even refunded electricity bill

Rent and costs:

    €980 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet

    Security deposit: €1400

Location:
The apartment is located in Bos en Lommer, on Woutertje Pietersestraat.

    200 meters from metro station Burgemeester de Vlugtlaan (1 stop to Sloterdijk station)

    Tram 7 stops nearby and takes you directly to Leidseplein

    Vomar supermarket is a 5-minute bike ride away

I prefer to meet in person so you can see the room and the apartment. If that’s not possible, we can arrange a video call.
