About the place

A room is available in our cozy apartment from March 1st, 2026 until November 1st, 2026, with the possibility to extend.

The apartment is located just 3 minutes’ walk from Hoofddorpplein and 10 minutes from Vondelpark, in a lovely and convenient neighborhood.

Rent: €780 per month (including utility bills)
Deposit: One month’s rent

We are looking for an easy-going, tidy, working person who has experience living with roommates. Someone with a relaxed lifestyle who appreciates a clean, calm, and tranquil home and respects other people’s space.
Please note that house parties are not welcomed, as we value a peaceful living environment.

It’s also very important that you are a dog lover, as my small dog lives in the apartment. She is a clean and energetic mini poodle. Her fur does not shed, so there is no dog hair on the floor. I do not require you to take care of her (no walking or feeding).
