About the place

I am looking for someone that would like to look after my house and cat. There is a chance there will be a dog as well but i am hoping to have found her forever home soon. 
To start with it is for the months of February till June if there is a good click who knows:-)

Its a beautyfull house in a nice area in Amsterdam Noord, less than 10 minute cycle ride to the sparkling NDSM wharf, and the ferry. If you have a car its just a few minutes from the ring/ A10. Also there are different busstops around at 1 minute walking distance.
The house has a garden which is very nice in the spring. Inside is non smoking but in the nice garden on the south you can defenitely smoke if you want. 
It is a vegetarian household, so no meat or fish in the house.

The room has a window on the south, there is some funiture; matrass, desk, clothingrack, comfy chair and a cupboard.
When i am here we share the kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and garden.

The rental price depends weather the dog is here or not. If the dog is here I am just asking for a contribution towards the electricity, gas, water and internet bills. And your time to walk the dog and look after her. If the dog is not here I ask a normal rental price of 550 a month including water, gas, electricty and internet.
