About the place

I am moving out of my old room in an apartment in Osdorp and am looking for someone to take my place, there are three roommates and registering is possible. The apartment is near Osdorpplein, so there is a large assortment of different stores available within a short walk, such as Action, Kruidvat, and multiple different grocery stores. Public transport to the city center and university campuses easily available with trams 1 and 17, both leaving from just 200m away. 
The apartment has;
-a dishwasher
-a laundry machine
-a freezer
-a fridge
-a stove with an oven
The rent includes heating, other utilities add up to approx. 40€ per month. The furniture is also for sale if interested.
