We’re looking for a new housemate for a 15m² room in our spacious 128m² apartment in Amsterdam West/ Osdorp. The apartment has a big kitchen with a lovely view of the park, a washing machine, oven, freezer, and even a separate storage room for bikes. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, plus a separate toilet.

You can get to the city centre in about 30 minutes by tram lines 1 and 19, which run every 10 minutes, making commuting easy and convenient.

The rent includes high-speed internet, heating, and electricity, so no extra bills to worry about.

The apartment is also very well connected to gyms, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is close at hand.

We are an international and LGBTQ+ friendly household and welcome people from all nationalities. The room is available for viewings now, and the latest move-in date is July 1.

No payments are needed before signing the contract. The landlord just asks for salary slips if you’re working or a guarantor if you’re a student. We’ll go through that process together with them.
