About the place

Hi! I'm looking for 1 tenant (either student or young professional) to share a cozy furnished house with the landlady in Amsterdam Zuidoost.
It would be shared living (own bedroom, shared common spaces). You'll be living with the landlady (top floor) and another tenant also on the first floor (other bedroom). It's a quiet, green and well-connected area!

- Available: 8 August, 1 year lease, registration possible.
- Rental costs: €1.050, - euros/month Deposit required = €1500, - euros

- 5 min walk to metro, from there, 20 min to Amsterdam Central Station.
