About the place

Looking for a long-term flatmate (around 30 years old) to share a spacious 110m² duplex in Oud-West, in the vibrant area between the Overtoom and Kinkerstraat.

Rent for the room (one person) is €1,950 per month, utilities included. The lease runs from September 22 to August 2026.

The first level has an open living room with kitchen across the full floor. Upstairs, there are two good-sized bedrooms and an access to a 20m² terrace.
There's a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a shower, two toilets and a balcony. 

You’ll share the flat with me, a 32 French finance professional. I enjoy watersports, outdoor activities, and I get curious about your passions. 

You should be a working professional earning 3x the rent. Being respectful, easygoing, and having a great accent is mandatory.
