About the place

A fully-furnished bedroom (18m2) with an attached fully-equipped shower is available for short-term rent (4 months) from Dec 2024 to March 2025 (flexible).  The apartment is located in the Zeebergerkade neighborhood (10 mins biking distance to Amsterdam Central). The room has a nice waterfront view and is ready to move in! The common areas of the house, including the living room and a large balcony can be seen in the photos. You will share the apartment with one working professional (33 yo male, software engineer). 

The monthly rent for the room is 1250 EUR excluding utilities. The cost of utilities (heating, electricity, water, internet) will be shared between 2 people. A deposit of one month's rent is required. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible.
