About the place

Dear potential flatmate,

I (26) am looking for someone to share an apartment in the Amsterdam Zuid.

Having completed my masters in Computer Science, I have decided to stay in the Netherlands in the foreseeable future. I am currently working full-time and will therefore be working from the office for most days. I like to do a lot of sports, mostly climbing/bouldering and Kickboxing, and enjoy cooking together with friends.

The bedroom has only a size of 7m²; however, there are other rooms which can be used for storage. The apartment has a large shared area, two balconies, and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen appliances.

The Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is a five-minute walk away and the closest train station 15 minutes on foot. There is an Albert Heijn XL, as well as a Jumbo and other stores close by at the Gelderlandplein.

- Price is €1000 per month (deposit is 1.5 month's rent), hence a stable income is preferred, but not required
- One flatmate who happens to be me

I am looking for an easygoing and responsible person to share the apartment with. It is important to me that the apartment is kept in a clean state, and I appreciate some quietness in the evening (which does not mean you cannot have people over of course). I like to spend time with my roommate, so I'm always up for a chat.

The first picture of the bedroom is the room, however, you have to bring your own furniture (bed, decoration, ...) as it will be empty when you move in.
