About the place

Hi!
I'm subletting my room because I'm going to study a semester abroad.

You will be living in a house with 3 other tenats. The house comes with some shared spaces: 
- one main bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine
- one smaller bathroom with toilet and sink
- kitchen with dining table

The room itself comes already furnished (bed, big wardrobe, desk, etc.).

The location is convinient, since the metro, supermarket and some other shops are just 5 min by walking. 

The neightobourhood is quiet, there is a nice lake nearby and a big park.
