We offer a big, spacious and furnished room in our house, you have your own floor.

Hi! My name is Reïta : ). I'm a cheerful, warm, friendly and quite relaxed person. I'm looking for a person, preferably a young lady, for a big, spare room we have at home (you have your own floor). We live in a big house and I rented a room for over 4 years through another site, I was a superhost (that means your reviews and ratings were super high) and decided it's now time to rent the room for a longer period of time.
 
We are a small, cosy, welcoming and friendly family of 2, me and my son : ). He is almost 9 and a cheerful, happy, smart kid. We are looking for someone who is matching with us. A nice, friendly, neat and trustworthy person, preferably not someone who always goes to the club and comes home in the middle of the night. The ambience at home should stay relaxed : )

The house is situated in a beautiful, green part of Amsterdam! The pictures of outside is the view from your room : ). The house is located near all things you need: metro and busses on a walking distance and the train station is also nearby. We are close to the UMC, Heineken Music Hall, shopping entre Amsterdam Poort (with great food!), the university and Amsterdam city centre (all direct connections).
Supermarkets and 2 local shopping centers nearby.
The area is also great for biking, walking and we have beaches and water near. It's a beautiful, green area with everything and all the connections near.

What do you get for 1150eur:
- A big, beautiful, clean and furnished room, on your own floor.
- once in 2 weeks your room will be cleaned and you get clean sheets as well : )
- Clean bed sheets and towels are provided
- A warm and cosy home in a beautiful environment, with direct connections to all the main things in Amsterdam
- There will also be a desk and place for your clothes in the room (you don't see that on the pictures)

Th renting is first for 3 months, if there is a click, it will be extended.
There is also free parking in front of the door and there are some nice spots where you can have a drink or eat  nearby. I will tell you all about it! : )
